Meg Meurer Brossy is a growth advisor, board member and investor for a broad range of companies focused on data monetization and SaaS software platforms, serving audiences in hedge funds, private equity firms, venture capital firms and global consultancies. Prior to the digital era, Meg spent 15 years in sports and entertainment, as one of the founding members of Advantage International (now Octagon/IPG). Throughout her experience in the sports industry, she raised $115 million for The NBA Charlotte Hornets when it was a new franchise and stadium and managed the marketing departments for Philip Morris USA’s Marlboro brand (F1 and IndyCar auto racing, soccer, music etc.), which was the largest sponsor in the world at that time. In addition to her career in sports, she also strengthened her entertainment career by launching commercial efforts for the Broadway theater industry, nationally. Meg continued her success and was instrumental in growing many leading B2B data, technology, and analytics companies such as 24/7Media/Xaxis, BrightlineiTV, Simulmedia, Standard Media Index, Marketshare, Grata, 7Park Data and FirstParty. Today, she serves as a Growth Advisor to a venture capital firm, Vocap Partners, and is a mentor to Santa Clara University’s Bronco Venture Accelerator program. Meg holds an Executive MBA certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern and is a former Division I tennis player from Tulane University.
