As Senior Director, Customer Success, Jenna has direct oversight of the customer success department, focusing on enhancing client relationships and optimizing user satisfaction. Jenna Steinbrink joined OnBalance with extensive experience in both sports and sales. Jenna’s passion for sports led her to the Philadelphia Phillies organization, where she began as a summer intern and progressively rose to become a Season and Group Sales Representative, expertly managing an extensive portfolio of 350+ premium, corporate, season, and group accounts. Jenna also worked as the Private Events Assistant Manager at Yards Brewing Company, where she played a pivotal role in leading the Private Events department. Most recently, she held the role of Senior Coordinator at Athena Global Advisors, where she managed strategic marketing and communications campaigns and various events for an array of esteemed clients, both locally and internationally. In her current role as Senior Director, Customer Success at OnBalance, Jenna oversees the operational performance of the customer success department, managing its day-to-day operations and implementing key goals that align with the company's vision and strategy to enhance client relationships and achieve successful business outcomes. A graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, Jenna’s strong educational foundation, coupled with her diverse work experiences uniquely positions her for success in customer success and management.
