Most recently, as Chief Architect and Product Director at AiFirst, Eric led the development of enterprise-ready compliance solutions focused on Ethical AI, helping organizations accelerate AI adoption while mitigating risks. He was instrumental in incorporating ML and AI capabilities to create next-generation software products. At Intellagents, Eric created a fully integrated insurance ecosystem that enabled insurers and insurtechs to innovate rapidly and expand their market reach. His work modernized platforms and supported top-tier insurance carriers in entering new markets. Eric also founded Hartford Consulting Group, specializing in enterprise architecture management and strategic planning for Fortune 100 companies. His deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and digital transformation has made him a sought-after leader in the field. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Connecticut. Additionally, he has completed coursework in Ethics of Artificial Intelligence from the London School of Economics & Political Science and Certified Quantum Programming-Core from D-Wave Systems.
